Seabreeze Estates is a family-run letting and estate agency in Glenmore, near Port Edward on the KZN South Coast, offering self-catering holiday homes in Leisure Bay, Glenmore and Munster and selling property from Port Edward to Trafalgar. Since 2011 the business has been owned by Debbie Lennon with her son Peter Schoeman and her partner Koos Coetzee. Our office is at Unit 5 Glenmore Parade, and we’re a registered estate agency: PPRA licence F140569.

What do we do?
We let self-catering holiday homes on behalf of their owners, sell houses and land, let homes long-term, and administer properties for private owners who live abroad, body corporates and share-block companies. Own a property here? List your property.
How did Seabreeze Estates start?
Ann Smith founded the agency and ran it from her home, which is now Kuboboyi River Lodge. In 2001 she handed it to her cousin Jackie DeKock, who ran the holiday letting, property care and sales business with Alex until 2011, when Jackie’s younger sister Debbie Lennon, with Peter and Koos, took it over. We’ve been listing homes in these villages online since 2003.

Why Leisure Bay and Glenmore?
Leisure Bay lies inside a proclaimed conservancy, with its own registered non-profit, Looking After Leisure Bay, and a neighbourhood watch radio network of more than 60 radios. Most of the holiday homes we let are here, and our office is next door in Glenmore. More about Leisure Bay.
